This Wildlife Seasonings Alaskan salmon seasoning is really good. The seasoning has a find grind and chunks of pink peppercorns. It has a great garlic, onion and lemon flavor. The seasoning arrived fresh with an expiration date out over a year from receiving it. Great tasting fish seasoning.
The seasoning is a large size 5.75 ounces and came sealed. The smell and taste are wonderful on fish. This would also work on other meats. It has Salt, Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Onion and Garlic, Dehydrated Orange Peel, Yeast Extract, Citric Acid, Corn Syrup Solids, Soybean Oil, Lemon Juice Solids, Yellow 5 Lake, Natural Lemon Flavor, Sunflower Oil, and not more than 2% Silicon Dioxide (added to prevent caking). I am not fond of the Yellow 5 coloring, but appreciate the natural lemon flavor, lemon juice and orange peel.
